Supporting individual growth through connection, curiosity and compassion.
About Us
At Wave & Wonder Therapy, we understand that growth happens when people feel safe, connected, and well supported. Our approach is grounded in curiosity, understanding, and using evidence-based practice, creates a space where individuals and families can continue to build their strengths and confidence in everyday life.
We work alongside children, adolescents and families to ensure meaningful engagement is achieved in valued daily activities — at home, education settings, and within the community. Therapy at Wave & Wonder recognises that every person’s journey is unique and shaped by their experiences, environment, and goals.
Our name reflects how we see progress, sometimes gentle and steady like a wave, sometimes sparked by moments of curiosity and discovery. Through tailored assessment and strengths-based strategies, we aim to empower clients to develop skills, resilience, and independence in ways that feel achievable and sustainable.
Wave & Wonder Therapy values connection, lived experience, and values the belief that therapy works best when it is individualised, genuine, and integrated into real life — not just the therapy room.
