Our Services
Occupational Therapy
What is Occupational Therapy?
Occupational Therapy (OT) supports people of all ages to participate in activities that are meaningful to them and essential for everyday life. Therapy focuses on helping individuals develop the skills they need to engage in daily tasks with greater confidence, independence, and enjoyment.
Occupational Therapists work collaboratively with individuals and their families to build skills, improve participation, and adapt environments so daily life feels more manageable and achievable.
Individual Therapy
Therapy sessions located within the clinic, home, education or community setting with the individual. These sessions are planned and tailored to meet individual specific needs and goals.
Assessments
Assessments are completed by gathering information from
detailed clinical observations, standardised tests, and information gathered from the individual, their family, or caregivers.
Reports
Our reports summarise the
person’s functional abilities and provides clear recommendations
for future therapy,
specific interventions,
and supports to help them become more independent and reach their goals.
Education & Support
Education and training is a major component of our therapy support and can be completed with caregivers, educators or the wider care team. We aim to empower those supporting the individual with the knowledge and skills.
